Yes we do. We welcome anyone to come and see our items in the flesh.
Whilst our photos aim to provide a true insight of our products, seeing them in the flesh gives you the full scale and effect of the item and the true character of the items history.

Can I collect my item?
Yes. Our items can be collected from Branch 77 Interiors, 38 Breckhill Road, Woodthorpe, Nottingham, NG5 4GP.
Can I order something that is out of stock?

Do you send items outside of the UK?
Yes we do. If you require an item to be sent outside of the UK please contact us for a postage quote.
Do you have more items than are on your website?
If you're looking for a particular item or items that you cant see on our site its always worth giving us a call.
We are always on the hunt! and love a challenge!
Often we have many items in the restoration process and yet to be listed on our website.
Can I return my item?
If you receive your light and it is not quite right please contact us within 14 days to inform us you are returning your item. Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a returns form. We advise you use a courier who will insure your item as we cannot accept responsibility if your item is damaged on its way back to us.
I have received my item and it is damaged.
If you receive your item damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for your item to be collected. Once we receive your item will arrange a replacement to be sent to you. If the item was one of a kind, we will arrange a suitable replacement with you or a refund.
Can I change the colour of the cable on my light?
Yes. All our ceiling lights come with 1m as standard. If you would like a specific colour please contact us via our contact page or through the special instructions for seller in your shopping cart. We will rewire your light with 1 meter of your chosen cable free of charge.
Can I have a longer cable on my light?
Yes. The length of cable provided with you light is shown in the product description under technical details. If you require a longer length please view our fabric cable under accessories, select the cable you would like and add the additional length only to you cart.
Are bulbs included?
No. These can be purchased separately from our accessories section under bulbs.
Do you install the lights?
No. If you require help fitting your light please contact a local qualified electrician.
Can my light be fitted outside?
Due to the antique natures of our products we cannot offer an official IP rating so can only advise for internal decorative use
What is an IP rating?
IP (or "Ingress Protection") ratings are defined in international standard EN 60529 (British BS EN 60529:1992, European IEC 60509:1989). They are used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies (tools, dirt etc) and moisture.
