Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £100 to the UK Mainland.

  • UK Mainland (Orders over £100): FREE

  • UK Mainland (Under £100): Calculated at checkout based on weight (typically via Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL).

  • International (USA & Worldwide): Calculated at checkout. We primarily ship international orders via DHL or UPS to ensure safe and fast delivery.

Processing & Lead Times Because many of our items are vintage originals that are restored and wired to order, there is a processing period before your order is handed to the courier.

  • Standard Stock: Dispatched within 1-3 working days.

  • Wired-to-Order & Restorations: Please allow 3-7 working days for us to rewire, test, and certify your light fittings.

USA & International Wiring (Important) We specialize in supplying vintage lighting to the USA and worldwide.

  • USA Conversion: Where possible, we convert fixtures to E26 bulb holders (standard US screw fit) and use UL-certified cable.

  • B22 Exceptions: In some rare cases where the original vintage housing does not permit an E26 holder, we will retain or install a B22 (Bayonet) holder. In these instances, we will provide a compatible bulb or adapter to ensure the light is ready to use immediately.

  • Lead Time: Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for this professional conversion work.

Oversized Items & Hand Delivery For exceptionally heavy, fragile, or high-value vintage items (e.g., large station clocks, industrial furniture), standard courier networks are not suitable.

  • Specialist Delivery: We use a specialist courier or offer a personal hand-delivery service to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

  • Coordination: If your item requires this service, we will contact you directly after purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date and time that works for both parties.

  • Quotes: If a shipping price is not displayed at checkout, please contact us prior to purchase for a quote.

Insurance, Damages & Strict Reporting All our shipments are fully insured via a third-party specialist, Secursus. Due to the high value and fragile nature of our vintage items, the terms for claiming insurance are strict.

  • 3-Day Reporting Rule: You must inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. If damage is reported after this window, the insurance claim will be void, and we may not be able to offer a refund.

  • Sign as "Damaged": If the box appears visibly damaged upon arrival, please inspect it in front of the driver if possible, or sign for the package as "Damaged."

  • Retain Packaging: You must keep all original packaging (inner and outer boxes, bubble wrap, etc.). The insurance company requires photos of the packaging to process a claim. If you throw the packaging away, the claim will be denied.

  • How to Claim: Email photos of the damage and the packaging to info@industrialglow.co.uk immediately.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Industrial Glow Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
