A superb and rare Jefferson Moonstone deep bowl plafonnier, featuring an impressive 16-inch diameter fluted bowl in Moonstone glass with raised decorative detail and fine quality casting throughout. The form and glass characteristics correspond to Model 6027 illustrated in The Jefferson Glass Company 1915 catalogue, representing one of Jefferson’s most refined designs.

The plafonnier is supported by cast metal hooks and hangers of exceptional quality, suspended by three linked chains converging to a turned finial and suspension ring. The upper mount retains its original aged silver-plated finish, treated with a microcrystalline wax polish to preserve the natural patina. Inside, a beautifully cast three-arm B22 bayonet bulb array provides ample illumination, diffused through the distinctive Jefferson glass to produce the soft, even glow typical of early 20th-century lighting.
