A rare and extremely large brass articulating wall mounted machinist lamp
Made in England Circa 1910 by John Dugdill & Co Ltd.
Heavy brass construction, DUGDILLS stamped to base and trade mark flared piping with the "rosetted" tensioners to the joints more commonly known as Daisy joints.
An unusually large lamp which is designed to be wall mounted and is extremely flexible and adjustable allowing lighting in many positions.
Although designed to be wall mounted it would be possible too use as a table or floor lamp if securely fastened to a suitable base.
The lamp would have originally been wall mounted over a dedicated piece of machinery in a industrial seting.
