Vintage Aged Brass Dugdills Machinist Lamp with Verdigris Patina
A stunning brass articulating lamp by John Dugdill & Co, England circa 1910.
The lamp has been exposed to years of damp conditions which has created a wonderful green / blue verdigris patina which we have left as found other than loosening up the joints / movable points.
This lamp features a decorative base stamped DUGDILLS PATENT and the much sort after decorative Rosetted joint tensioners as named in our original Dugdills brochure but are commonly known as "Daisy Joints" or COG Joints.
The lamp articulates horizontally and vertically along several points of the lamp.
A Stunning lamp designed to be wall mounted but can work wonderfully as desk / table lamps also with the addition of a weighted base.
Custom hardwood bases can be made to order for an additional cost.
