Pair of vintage Lilac Holophane Pendant Lights

A stunning pair of vintage lilac Holophane Pendant Lights! 

Made in England circa 1940.

The trademark Holophane glass looks beautiful when illuminated or not with a subtle lilac tone adding an extra unique touch to these lights.

The glass is stamped with the Holophane makers marks and model number, around the fitter neck "PATd 20222 ENGLAND" and between the prisms just below the neck "HOLOPHANE F200©" 

The brass fittings are also stamped "HOLOPHANE" and RD615447 and are listed in Holophane brochure as "Ornamental Crown Canopy"

Looking at our 1937 Holophane brochure it seems this was a relatively new introduction to their range dating these to this period, Listed as Holophane Stiletto Reflectors "FOCUSING TYPE" and were available with crimped or plain edge and in a range of sizes from 6.5 inch to 15 inch diameter.
