Scarce Pair of Large-Scale Cast Brass Flush to Ceiling Light Fittings with Crystal Glass Bowls
Priced for the pair
An exceptional and scarce pair of large-scale antique flush-to-ceiling light fittings, crafted from solid cast bronze of remarkable weight and quality. Each frame features finely cast decorative detailing and retains a naturally aged bronze patina with areas of soft verdigris, carefully cleaned and left untouched to preserve their authenticity and depth of tone.
The large deep-cut and satin-finished crystal glass bowls are a striking feature, refracting and diffusing light to create a stunning, radiant glow. Each fitting houses a six-bulb array, enhanced by newly installed polished reflector plates, which amplify illumination beautifully — ideal for grand entrance halls, period restoration projects, or heritage commercial interiors seeking scale and presence.
One glass bowl shows three discreetly drilled areas near the rim and minor rim chipping, visible only upon close inspection. These minor imperfections do not detract from the overall impact of this rare pair.
