Industrial Anglepoise Magnifying Lamp by Herbert Terry

An extremely rare and sort after model 1431 industrial anglepoise magnifying lamp nicknamed "Jhonny 5" in the Industrial Glow workshop and the second we've had through the our doors.

Manufactured in England circa 1930 by Herbert Terry & Sons Ltd

A unique design with a magnifying lens and bulbs positioned either side mounted on the iconic anglepoise articulating arms.

This particular anglepoise design nicknamed the "shortie" has a combination of brass and steel articulating arms mounted on a heavy cast steel base and was likely used by a Jeweller or similar trade that involved a very detailed work piece.
