SYNCHRONOME VINTAGE INDUSTRIAL COPPER CLOCK
A beautiful copper industrial clock by Synchronome.
English Made circa 1930
Synchronome were the preeminent clock maker throughout the early & mid 20th century, commercially producing the most accurate electric clocks globally despite strong competition from companies such as Gents of Leicester.
Stepped copper case and stunningly clean dial given the clocks age with slight fading to numbers 12 and 2.
The attractive font and spade hands typically found on a Synchronome clock have been adapted to run from a modern battery quartz movement for convenience and easy operation from a single AA battery.
The artists figure in the images is 6ft 1" to give a representation of scale.
