A beautifully proportioned deep Jefferson moonstone glass plafonnier pendant, featuring strong vertical fluting and suspended on a traditional three-chain ceiling mount.
The generously deep bowl form produces a substantial architectural presence while the moonstone glass softly diffuses light, creating a calm ambient glow ideally suited to entrance halls, stairwells and period interiors.
The bowl is formed with deep vertical fluting running the full height of the glass, terminating in a decorative radiating rosette to the underside. The simple restrained design allows the quality of the pressed glass and elegant proportions to take centre stage.
Three brass mounting bosses secure the bowl to a traditional chain suspension system, meeting at a polished brass ceiling rose.
The result is a timeless plafonnier that works equally well in classical interiors, country houses, and contemporary architectural settings where authentic period lighting is desired.
