A substantial and finely executed suspended fixture by the renowned British makers F & C Osler, sourced from the historic archives of W. Sitch & Co, Soho.
The piece features a deep, heavy-gauge satin crystal bowl. The upper section is finished in a smooth frost to diffuse light, while the lower hemisphere is cut with a sharp diamond lattice pattern. The glass is suspended from a heavy cast brass gallery featuring three distinct Ram’s Head masks connected by draped swags—a classic Neoclassical motif typical of Osler’s high-quality output.
A remarkable example of early 20th-century British craftsmanship, perfectly suited to entrance halls, landings, or period interiors seeking scale and authenticity.
