Large Antique Moonstone Plafonnier Pendant Light

An eye-catching Moonstone Plafonnier Pendant Light signed 'Jefferson & Co.' for G.E.C., the General Electric Company.

Beautiful Moonstone glass with fluted bowl design complete with original brass gallery, chain and 3 hook ceiling rose.

Made in England c.1925. 

Jefferson & Co supplied the market with their 'Moonstone' glass which was largely unrivalled in the lighting market much like similar manufacturer Holophane.  

This bowl-shaped pendant light would look great hanging from an high ceiling such as a staircase as a feature light, with its warm glow when lit providing an amazing ambience for any modern interior.
