Small Industrial Copper Cased wall Clock by Synchronome

A stunning little industrial clock made in England circa 1930 by Synchronome.

Synchronome were the preeminent clock maker throughout the early & mid 20th century, commercially producing the most accurate electric clocks globally despite strong competition from companies such as Gents of Leicester. 

This beautiful little station clock has a stepped copper case retaining its wonderful original aged patination.

The clock face has wonderful age related patina with the attractive font and spade hands typically found on a Synchronome clock.

The clock movement has been adapted to a modern battery quartz movement for convenience and easy operation from a single AA Battery.  

The artists figure in the images is 6ft 1" to give a representation of scale.
