Ex British Army spun aluminium festoon pendants, painted army green outside with raw aluminium interiors.
A simple spun aluminium shade. The painted green exterior contrasts with the bright raw metal inside, which reflects the light well. Paired with a coloured fabric cable, it makes a cheerful, uncomplicated pendant that looks especially good in multiples.
Lights like these were standard-issue base kit for British forces on operations abroad, including the Falklands conflict. They were strung festoon-style to light camps and field installations.
