A beautiful and rare example from clock makers International Time Recording Co Ltd circa 1920.
This copper cased industrial clock would have likely graced a public building such as a train station.
The original copper case has been cleaned back and bees wax applied to maintain the wonderful patina to the copper case and charming ageing to the face that can only come from years of use.
The clock now runs using a high torque battery powered quartz movement.
This clock would be an ideal feature piece in a kitchen, especially where copper has been included in the decor.
