This stunning Chloride Gent clock would have likely been in a factory or public building like a train or bus station. This is one of the later Chloride Gents clocks so would have been produced in the 60's or 70's.
Very little has been done to this clock. It has been stripped down, cleaned and the exterior has been left untouched showing its true age.
The original mains 240v movement has been left in place, so can be plugged into the wall and work as it did 50-60 years ago.
This large 18 inch diameter clock would be a beautiful addition to a kitchen with an industrial feel.
This clock would be a statement piece in a commercial setting, such as a restaurant, bar or store.
