A rarely seen cast iron external clock by Smiths later known as English Clock Systems.
Made in England circa 1930 by Smiths, one of the largest makers of industrial & public clocks during the 20th Century alongside Synchronome and Gents of Leicester.
Offered fully professionally restored retaining much of the clock's signs of wear and tear to highlight the clock's rugged and striking appearance.
Retains the original mains electric synchronous movement and is supplied with 3m of premium black twisted cable with 3 pin uk plug and 1A fuse.
We've nicknamed this one "CHUNKY" as it is small in size but extremely hefty made of heavy gauge cast iron throughout weighing in at 13kg.
